My WOOD Family
I believe that my Wood family originate in the late 1600's in Helmsley In North Yorkshire from where they moved slightly to a nearby village called Cold Kirby. However there is a possibility they may come from Bilsdale originally. I would love to hear particularly from anyone with WOOD's in this area of North Yorkshire. There are several WOOD lines I know of locally.
